用DCC/DMAP合成N-苄氧羰基氨基酸薄荷酯

以乙腈为溶剂, 用DCC/DMAP偶合法合成了5个N-苄氧羰基氨基酸薄荷酯, 产率90%～94%. 起始原料氨基酸包括: 甘氨酸, DL-蛋氨酸, β-丙氨酸, L-缬氨酸和L-脯氨酸. 给出了目标产物的氢谱、碳谱、红外光谱、质谱、高分辨质谱和元素分析数据.     

水相法合成二氯二甲茂钛与水杨酸类配合物

Ｃｐ2 ＴｉＣｌ2 具有很好的抗癌活性 ,已成为第三代抗癌药物[1 - 3] 。为了寻求活性更高的抗癌药物 ,探索抗癌机理 ,我们用 (ＭｅＣｐ) 2 ＴｉＣｌ2 、水杨酸或其衍生物 ,按水相法合成了甲茂钛的水杨酸类配合物。合成路线如下图所示 :其中 :Ⅰ为ｐＨ <4 ,Ｘ =Ｈ ,Ｙ =Ｈ的产物 ;Ⅱ为ｐＨ <4 ,Ｘ =Ｈ ,Ｙ =ＮＯ2 的产物 ;Ⅲ为ｐＨ >6 ,Ｘ =ＮＯ2 ,Ｙ =ＮＯ2 ,Ｚ =Ｏ的产物 ;Ⅳ为ｐＨ >6 ,Ｘ =Ｈ ,Ｙ =Ｈ ,Ｚ =Ｓ的产物。 (Ⅰ～Ⅳ为新化合物 )1　实验部分1 .1　仪器与试剂水杨酸、ＴｉＣｌ4,ＡＲ ;5 -硝基水杨酸、3,5 -二硝基水杨酸、5 -磺基…     

苯并噁嗪中间体/蛭石插层纳米复合物热固化行为的研究

通过对双酚A型苯并嗪中间体 (BOZ A) 蛭石插层纳米复合物固化过程的分析表明长链烷基铵阳离子对BOZ A的热开环聚合反应没有表现出催化作用 ,也不影响纳米复合物的结构形态 .不同蛭石含量的插层纳米复合物 ,在形成不同纳米分散状态的纳米复合物的过程中 ,蛭石晶片对BOZ A的热开环聚合具有明显不同的阻碍作用 ,蛭石含量为 3%的插层纳米复合物 16 0℃的凝胶化时间较纯树脂延长约 7min ,活化能升高约8kJ mol,固化反应热焓降低约 14J g ,使得固化物的固化程度较纯树脂降低约 7%～ 10 % ,阻碍作用最大 ,其它含量的次之     

丙酮中除虫脲溶液标准物质研制

采用重量-容量法制备丙酮中除虫脲溶液标准物质。准确称量国家二级标准物质除虫脲溶解到色谱纯丙酮中,通过A级容量瓶定容至500 mL,摇匀后分装到2 mL安瓿瓶内共460瓶,每瓶为1 mL,保持低温迅速封口,配制过程中室温保持在(20±2)℃。采用液相色谱法进行均匀性、稳定性检验和定值结果验证。从样品中随机抽取16瓶进行均匀性检验,经F检验表明,在95%的置信区间范围内该标准物质均匀性良好;采用t检验对标准物质稳定性进行检验,标准物质在12月内稳定性良好。对该标准物质的不确定度进行了评定,研制的丙酮中除虫脲溶液标准物质定值结果为100μg/mL,相对扩展不确定度为2%(k=2)。结果表明,该标准物质均匀性与稳定性良好,量值准确,可用于日常分析检测中的方法评价和仪器校准。     

高速逆流色谱法对废次烟草中茄尼醇的分离制备

高速逆流色谱法(HSCCC)是80年代初期发展起来的一种无需使用任何固态支持介质的液液分配色谱分离技术,样品的各组分是根据其在两相中的分配系数不同被分离开的.由于不使用固态支持介质,避免了因不可逆吸附而引起的样品损失、失活变性等.高速逆流色谱法已广泛应用于天然产物有效成分的分离.     

高氯酸稀土Sm(Ⅲ)开环冠醚(EO4)配合物的晶体结构

The crystal of title compounds belongs to orthorhombic system with space group P2₁2₁2₁ (No.19). The cell parmeters are a=1.432 16(3) nm, b=1.457 20(3) nm， c=3.005 85(6) nm, and V=6 273.0(2) nm³, Z=8, μ(Mo Kα)=22.21 cm^-1， D_c=1.802 g·cm^-3, F(000)=3 416.00, Finally R₁=0.033 and wR₂=0.073 (I>2.00σ(I)), S=1.023. Every center atom Sm(Ⅲ) is surrounded by the two aether chains, the title compound has ten-coordinate structure and the coordination polyhedron shows a Bicapped Square Antiprism. In the crystal, the title compound has the flack of double moleculars and non-symmetry. The anion ClO₄^- does not take part in the coordination. CCDC: 238709.     

Identification of Different Cobalt Nucleation on Glassy Carbon

The nucleation mechanisms of cobalt from sulfate solutions were studied by utilizing the electrochemical technique, chronoamperometry. It was found that the recorded current-time transients introduced from 1.0mol/L CoSO4 solution were complexes with unusual shapes. All characteristic features were identified as separate process. The instantaneous or progressive nucleation with 2D or 3D growth exists during the cobalt deposition, depending on the applied potentials.     

Synthesis and Characterization of Poly（butylene adipate-co-terephthalate） Catalyzed by Rare Earth Stearates

Rare earth （Nd, Y, La, Dy） stearates have been synthesized and used as single component catalysts for the polycondensation of dimethyl terephthalate, adipic acid and 1,4-butanediol for the first time preparing biodegradable poly（butylene adipate-co-terephthalate） （PBAT） with high molecular weight, The microstructures of PBAT were characterized by ^1H NMR spectra. The PBAT exhibits good mechanical properties such as high tensile strength （ca. 20 MPa） and long break elongation （〉700%）.     

Study on thermal stability of poled non-linear optical polymers

A logarithmic expression is proposed to describe relaxation of the polar order in side chain polymers,together with a new way of plotting temperature dependent relaxation data.This results in a straight line extending even below the glass transition temperature in the case of poled nonlinear optics (NLO) side chain polymers.A simple procedure to determine the rotational diffusion constant Dr is given and Dr values of several polymer systems have been evaluated and compared with each other.It appears that,starting from the conventional and well known poled polymer system currently applied,a further lowering of Dr by about 3 orders of magnitude is necessary in order to reach an acceptable orientational stability or lifetime of poled polymers for practical applications.Attempts have been made to introduce electron push-pull substituents into high thermostable molecular frameworks and results of preliminary measurements are reported.
